My goal is to meet you where you are, how you are. I offer different modalities of treatment, including talk therapy, sound therapy, and meditation. I primarily use a psychodynamic approach, allowing one to alternate between the past and present, analyze thoughts and experiences, and make connections along the way!   • Intense emotions come and go, but sometimes they linger. Your feelings are valid, but it’s essential to navigate through them. Whether it is circumstantial, such as during the COVID-19 pandemic, or from a long-standing history, together we can identify underlying triggers and develop coping skills to manage emotions as they arise.

  • How do you manage your day-to-day activities? Are you a spouse, caregiver, or work a very demanding job? Sometimes we experience burnout and need to take a moment to reel everything back in. Practicing self-care and processing stressors are two of several strategies we’ll plan to help get you back to a good space.

  • Think of anger as an umbrella for other emotions that haven’t been identified, processed, and validated. Disappointment, frustration, embarrassment, and even rejection can be difficult emotions to process and express. We’ll talk through those feelings that most likely have led to that space of anger and develop solutions to release it in a healthy way!

    My other areas of focus include Trauma, Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia, and borderline personality disorder. For anything not listed, we can discuss and appropriate referrals if needed. Remember, therapy is like a sacred journey with hidden valleys to explore. For support with substance use/abuse, eating disorders, autism, I will support you by finding the appropriate care.   • Are you struggling with chronic pain and already going to a pain management clinic, taking pain management medication as prescribed, but still in pain? Maybe, just maybe, we have work on the mindset of pain and what pain means to you. I can guide you through a series of CBT modules, including practicing anxiety management, enhanced mindfulness, and some meditation. Let’s talk about it

  • As a parent who adopted a young person out of foster care, I can relate and understand the challenges of the process before, during and after taking on a child from foster care to adoption.     Individual Therapy: $150 Initial intake session |

    $115 ongoing sessions 60 mins

    Purchase Individual Bundle session $430 for 4 (60) min sessions to be used within 30 days; alterations to this plan can be discussed

    Coaching: $600 for 3 (60 min) Coaching session per month with email, text messages or chat for non-emergency issues that would require hospitalization or ER visit.  A brief call will be had to determine next steps. Any additional sessions outside of the 3 sessions will be charged as a regular 60 min session!

    Private pay can be a good option if you want more flexibility; Lets discuss Superbill options or a sliding scale

    The standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies. The no show/late cancellation fee is $75.
